is there a list of winners somewhere.... the fund got started in 2001 - didn't it?

I don't believe there is such a public list. I know my pastor was a WRJ scholarship recipient, but only because he told me.

One of the 2012 recipients is Cindi Anna Knox, Chicago Theological Seminary.
