Dear Cindik,
The paradox of the paradigm is that the ministers of this paradigm theology will have no churches to preach in; especially in New England. The UCC is on the verge of collapse due to dwindling congregants and finances. Besides, this paradigm is not new at all. Liberation theology, justice ministry, gay right agendas and, of course, impeachment of the bible as the authority on matters theologic is fifty years old. If one considders the Unitarian Universalist movement, which pretty much embraces the new paradigm theology, one is not impressed with the vitality of that Society. Although it is a perfect vehicle for those in the UCC seminaries and churches who are of that philosophy,to commune with them. They, UUs, are not trinitarians like those of the "New Paradigm".
The churches that are growing are those that preach on the salvific power of the blood of Jesus Christ based on the authority of scripture despite what the "bible scholars" are telling you.
If you want justice and liberation preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ: born, died and risen for "all inclusively. Check it out; it really is true.
